Aim:

This review will focus on marketing principles and assess the effectiveness with which your company is using marketing principles and methodologies to achieve business success. We will recommend ways in which you can improve performance.

The review is conducted by an experienced senior adviser and will provide a balanced view of how to improve the marketing of your business, helping you to improve performance, impact and return on investment. This will assist in creating your marketing plan.

Features:

The review is based on information gathered face-to-face from you and your marketing team supplemented by data and sample materials used in the business. We will look into areas such as:

	Your business strategy and planning
	The level at which marketing is deployed in your business
	Your marketing plan, product range and performance targets
	Market information, sales organization and customer service
	Web site, pricing, promotion and NPD

Outputs:

We will provide a critical appraisal of your marketing processes and procedures, recommend areas for improvement and methodologies to achieve this. We will also recommend priority activities you will need to undertake to meet your business objectives. An action plan will be drawn up which identifies the key steps to take to improve your performance in the marketplace.

Cost and Timing:

The review will require approximately 2-3 hours of the marketing team's time and they will be asked to provide data, samples of management information and materials used to promote your sales. The LBSS senior adviser will then use the feedback, analyse it, prepare a report and develop an action plan for marketing your business. Cost is dependent on company size and likely to be of the order of £1,500 plus VAT
