HR review
Aim:
The review will assess the effectiveness with which your company is using its human resources to achieve business success. We will recommend ways in which you can improve staff performance, engagement, loyalty and effectiveness.
Benefits:
The review is delivered by an experienced HR adviser and will provide a balanced view of the people issues facing your business, the needs of staff and the management team and how best to engage and support them to run your business more effectively.

The review is based on information gathered face-to-face from all the senior management team supplemented by data gathered from all other staff. We will look into performance areas such as:

Outputs:
We will prepare a detailed report to cover all the above areas, compare and contrast the views of staff and management and supplement it with an action plan which identifies key steps you will need to take as a business in order to improve your performance, staff management and compliance with regulatory requirements. We will then be available to work with you to address priority areas.
Cost and Timing:
The review will require approximately 2 hours from the MD, plus time with the senior management team plus interviews with some members of staff. The LBSS senior adviser will then use the feedback to prepare a detailed report and action plan to meet the needs of your business. Cost is dependent on company size and likely to be of the order of £1,000 plus VAT.
