Health & Safety review
Aim:
This review will assess the Health and Safety compliance of your company in general terms and will analyse the effectiveness with which your company is meeting the legal requirements. We will conduct a 'gap analysis' and recommend ways in which you can either meet the regulations or improve your existing systems

The review is delivered by an experienced adviser and will provide a balanced view of the essential issues that your business may need to address to comply with the complex legislative requirement
Features:
The review is based on information gathered face-to-face from the senior management team or via a structured questionnaire. We will look into regulatory requirements and confirm whether:
you understand your legal obligations as a director? |

you keep up to date with regulatory changes? |

you have anyone trained in H&S? |
|
you have completed a Fire Risk assessment? |
|
you have assessed risks in the workplace - such as staff: |
- Working at computers for long periods?
- Operating any machinery?
- Using electrical equipment?
Outputs:
The review will conclude by providing you with a report that covers all aspects of Health and Safety in the workplace and plus an action plan that identifies key steps the business will need to take to comply with legislation.
Cost and Timing:
The review will require approximately 2 hours from the relevant senior management representative plus approx. 2 hours for a review of the business premises and operations. The LBSS Senior Adviser will then take the feedback, analyse the results and develop a feedback report and action plan that meets the needs of your business. Cost is dependent on both company size and operations and likely to be of the order of £750 plus VAT.
